Job summary

You will design and lead EHS programs, drive zero-incident objectives, manage regulatory compliance, and build cross-functional partnerships.

With 5–7 years of EHS experience, you will mentor leaders, lead investigations, and ensure OSHA/EPA/DOT compliance while advancing continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Desirable 10+ years of EHS leadership in industrial settings.
• Experience in wastewater management and regulatory programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve EHS strategies, programs, and policies.
• Champion a proactive zero-incident culture through leadership and engagement.
• Lead hazard identification, risk assessments, and incident investigations with corrective actions.
• Design and deliver EHS training for employees, supervisors, and contractors.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and related agencies.
