Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 5-7 years of EHS management experience.
• Professional certification (CSP/CHMM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and promote EHS Excellence system to raise awareness and accountability.
• Develop and execute programs addressing injury prevention, risk management, and environmental protection.
• Ensure compliance with EHS regulations including recordkeeping and reporting.
• Develop training programs on EHS policies and standards.
• Track EHS metrics and performance trends.
• Provide technical EHS support for investigations and assessments.
• Create communication plans to educate employees on EHS policies.
