Job summary

Brightpath Associates LLC is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to strengthen our sitewide programs at our North Carolina facility. The role focuses on driving regulatory compliance, risk management, employee engagement, and building a Zero Incident Safety Culture.

You will lead EHS initiatives, manage audits, coordinate training, and oversee reporting, while coordinating with cross‑functional teams to maintain ISO/OHSAS certifications and ensure timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EHS, Occupational Safety, or a related field.
• Relevant EHS experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Professional CSP, CIH, or CHMM certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, risk assessment, audits, and training.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-wide EHS programs, objectives, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement effective controls.
• Monitor EHS KPIs, incidents, and corrective actions.
• Maintain ISO/OHSAS certifications and support audits.
• Ensure timely closure of internal and regulatory findings.
• Lead EHS committees, training programs, and engagement initiatives.
• Manage EHS reporting, documentation, and regulatory communication.
• Support emergency response and crisis management.
• Drive continuous improvement and a strong safety culture.
