Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of Environmental Health & Safety leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental compliance.
• Experience leading risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety training.
• Experience supporting ISO-based management systems preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Professional certifications (CSP, CIH, CHMM) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead all site Environmental, Health & Safety programs and initiatives.
• Partner with plant leadership to establish EHS goals, objectives, and strategic initiatives.
• Foster a proactive, zero-incident safety culture across the manufacturing facility.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop action plans to reduce workplace hazards.
• Manage OSHA, environmental, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Lead incident investigations and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver employee safety training programs.
• Maintain site EHS metrics, reporting, audits, and certifications.
• Coordinate regulatory inspections and serve as the primary EHS contact for external agencies.
• Drive employee engagement through safety committees and continuous improvement initiatives.
