Job summary

Dogwood Industries, LLC is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Manager to ensure compliance with health and safety laws. The EHS Manager will work closely with the Director of Operations, Operations Manager, HR, and site teams to implement safety programs and lead the Safety Team on the floor at the Everett facility.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing or construction safety, strong leadership, and OSHA 30 or higher certification, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a safety representative in manufacturing or construction.
• Experience managing a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• OSHA 30 certification or higher.
• First Aid/CPR certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to maintain a strong safety culture.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
• Produce reports and develop safety policies.
• Perform safety inspections and audits of facilities.
• Complete OSHA 300 reporting and safety metrics.
• Lead the Safety Team and conduct trainings.
