Job summary

Dogwood Industries, LLC is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to ensure compliance with health and safety laws. You will work with leadership, HR, and project teams to implement safety programs and mentor the Safety Team, driving a culture of safety across production environments.

You will identify training needs, analyze risk, and coordinate site inspections and audits to meet legal requirements and company standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a safety representative in manufacturing or construction.
• Experience managing a team.
• Fluent in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a strong safety culture with leadership.
• Deep understanding of legal health and safety guidelines.
• Produce reports and develop relevant policies.
• Analyze incident reports, metrics and injury case studies to improve safety.
• Complete OSHA 300 and other required reporting.
• Lead Safety Team and conduct inspections and audits.
