Job summary

T1 Energy is assembling a world-class EHS team to lead environmental, health, and safety programs at the Rockdale facility. You will drive regulatory compliance, incident investigations, and program development across construction and operations, partnering with engineering and site leadership to build a zero-harm culture.

As EHS Manager, you will own PSM, RMP, ISO 14001/45001 initiatives, and emergency response planning, while coaching supervisors and ensuring rigorous environmental and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Chemistry, Fire Protection, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive EHS experience in industrial, high‑tech manufacturing, semiconductor, or photovoltaic operations with regulatory audits.
• Experience with high-hazard materials (flammable gases, toxic substances, etc.).
• Prior experience supervising EHS professionals and teams preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NFPA, PSM, RMP, DOT, and emergency response standards.
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs and safety system schematics.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the EHS Field Supervisor and program teams to maintain safety standards.
• Develop and manage EHS programs aligned with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and DOT from construction through operations.
• Direct inspections, audits, and hazard assessments; drive corrective actions to closure.
• Oversee industrial hygiene, exposure assessments, and PPE programs.
• Coordinate PSM, RMP, and emergency response activities and drills.
• Maintain regulatory reports and incident investigations; track improvements.
• Partner with site leadership to reinforce a zero-harm culture and training.
• Support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems with audits and document control.
