Job summary

Oracle in Saline, MI seeks an experienced Cloud EHS Specialist to lead a comprehensive safety program for data center operations onsite. You will develop policies, train staff, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, ISO 45001, and other standards while partnering with operations and facilities teams.

The role requires 7+ years of EHS experience, strong auditing skills, and hands-on data center safety expertise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of EHS experience developing safety programs in data center environments.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA, NFPA 70E, ISO 45001 and local regulations.
• Expertise in LOTO, Arc Flash, heights, material handling, noise and heat management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of an EHS safety program for data centers.
• Develop and customize policies, procedures, training materials and checklists.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA and ISO 45001; collaborate with site staff and contractors.
• Embed safety practices into daily workflows and monitor program effectiveness.
• Develop metrics, conduct risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement.
