Job summary

Ericsson Inc. is seeking an EHS Manager to establish and continually improve our US EHS policies, programs, and compliance. You will lead governance for ISO 45001/14001, integrate OSHA requirements, and drive a proactive safety culture with data‑driven improvements.

This is a hybrid role based in Plano, TX. You will partner with leadership and EHS Delivery teams, guide incident investigations, and support digital initiatives to enhance efficiency and well‑being across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Management, Occupational Health & Safety, or related discipline.
• Recognized EHS qualification, CSP/CEP preferred or equivalent.
• Post‑Graduate Degree or MSc in Environmental and/or OHS Management or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and improve EHS policies and programs in the US.
• Drive effectiveness of the EHS Management System and policy alignment with ISO 45001/14001.
• Interpret US EHS legislation (OSHA, environmental regs) into Ericsson guidance.
• Identify EHS risks using data and trend analysis for preventive actions.
• Lead incident investigations with robust root-cause analyses and regulatory-ready docs.
• Advise on environmental aspects, high-hazard controls, and safety reviews.
• Monitor performance against targets; propose corrective actions.
• Support governance forums, safety committees, and leadership reviews.
• Support digitalization and AI initiatives to enhance EHS efficiency.
• Contribute to EHS reporting, audits, and well-being initiatives.
• Coordinate regulatory representation and external engagements as needed.
