Job summary

Golden State Foods is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Manager to lead safety, training and environmental programs across facilities. You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, develop and implement safety processes, and drive continuous improvement in health, safety, quality and productivity.

Qualifications include a BS in Engineering or Safety, CSP and OSHA 30 hour, and 5+ years in manufacturing safety/environmental roles.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Safety, or Risk Management; CSP and OSHA 30hr a plus.
• 5+ years of manufacturing safety and environmental experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify regulatory standards impacting operations and ensure compliance.
• Develop and monitor safety processes and training to prevent accidents.
• Implement environmental programs for waste, emissions and hazardous waste.
• Coordinate safety training, prepare reports for management.
• Interact with insurer and HR on post-loss matters.
• Lead safety investigations and return-to-work coordination.
