Job summary

T5 Data Centers is seeking an EHS Manager to lead safety, security, and environmental compliance programs for our construction operations. You will manage site inspections, training, incident investigations, and documentation while ensuring OSHA compliance across projects.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5+ years of construction safety experience, and knowledge of OSHA standards. This role is based at our Temple, TX site and requires strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 5+ years of direct construction safety experience, preferred.
• General Contractor experience, preferred.
• OSHA 510 and/or 500 a plus.
• CHST or CSP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Organize and lead safety training sessions for construction staff.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to identify underlying causes and prevent recurrence.
• Assist coordinators in document control and development.
• Oversee all aspects of a construction project ensuring OSHA compliance.
• Oversee all subcontractors and contractors.
• Update corporate and site specific EHS dashboards.
• Oversees all EHS metrics and will send out reports on a routine basis.
