B.H. Inc. is seeking a full-time EHS Manager to oversee safety programs and ensure compliance across project sites in Utah, Idaho, and Texas.

This leadership role requires a background in construction and a passion for environmental health and safety to drive a culture of safety and company profit. Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish required to communicate with diverse teams.
• Preferred OSHA 510, CHST, OHST, CIT or BCSP designations.
• Proficiency with Google G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets).
• Must be able to climb ladders and work in extreme weather conditions.
• Willingness to travel between project sites in UT/ID occasionally on short notice.
• Solar farm experience required.
