Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business management or 5-10 years' experience in a manufacturing supervision role.
• 3+ years in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the production process and coordinate between departments to the line.
• Understand and communicate with engineering, sales, accounting, supply chain, HR and manufacturing to resolve issues.
• Recommend improvements in production methods, equipment, procedures and working conditions.
• Ensure contributions from each department reach the product to deliver high quality, safe products.
• Manage employees to maintain health and safety, productivity, and quality while controlling turnover and inventory.
• Provide coaching and development to employees.
• Partner with Human Resources to resolve issues and apply disciplinary decisions as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement using the Good to Go process to monitor daily activities.
• Investigate accidents and advise EHS on preventive measures.
• Track absenteeism, vacation approvals, and weekly timesheets for direct reports.
• Comply with company and department policies and procedures.
