Job summary

Search Masters, Inc. is seeking an experienced EH&S leader to build and maintain comprehensive environmental, health, and safety programs across six sites in the Pittsburgh area. The role requires guiding site leadership, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement.

You will oversee certifications, audits, employee training, PPE programs, incident investigations, and air/water quality programs while reporting on environmental and safety performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated multi-site EH&S management experience.

Responsibilities

• Build, implement, and maintain comprehensive EH&S programs across all six company sites.
• Collaborate closely with site leadership and management to ensure environmental, health, and safety compliance.
• Track and manage certifications, audits, and employee training programs.
• Lead and administer the company-wide Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) program.
• Investigate workplace incidents and develop corrective action plans.
• Improve and maintain air and water quality compliance standards.
• Oversee environmental and safety reporting across all facilities.
