Job summary

Omniforce Solutions in Longmont, CO is seeking an EHS Manager to lead Environmental, Health & Safety initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a strong safety culture across the organization.

Successful candidates must pass background, MVR, and drug screening as part of the process. Travel to field locations and outdoor work are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of full-time experience in Environmental Health & Safety.
• Experience supporting multi-site or field service operations.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and general industry safety regulations.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments (hot and cold conditions).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field and shop safety audits to evaluate work practices, processes, and equipment.
• Identify risks and recommend corrective actions to protect employees, customers, and property.
• Deliver safety training including new hire orientation, toolbox talks, and specialized topics.
• Assist with incident investigations and implement preventative actions.
• Support injury case management and emergency response as needed.
• Maintain and manage the SDS program across field service locations.
• Provide EHS data for customer audits and reporting needs.
• Assist with drug and alcohol program administration.
• Contribute to policy updates, leading indicator reports, and EHS meetings.
• Travel regularly to field locations and work outdoors in varying conditions.

EHS Manager Responsibilities:
