EHS Manager: Lead Environmental Oversight and Safety Culture in Lexington, NC
The EHS Manager serves as the site leader for environmental, health, and safety performance by demonstrating the core skills and understanding company EHS policies.
This role is responsible for executing the site EHS strategy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving a proactive safety culture. The EHS Manager partners with plant and business leaders to reduce risk, improve performance, and protect employees, assets, and the company’s license to operate.
This role provides operational leadership, ensuring EHS systems, processes, and behaviors are aligned with business objectives and corporate standards. This position primary focuses on environmental compliance providing day-to-day technical environmental oversight.
