Job Description Summary

The services vary by market and client but primarily include consultancy, advisory, transaction management, project and development services, workplace, and integrated facilities management services.

Job Description
About the Role:
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Environment, Health & Safety, acting as the primary interface within designated geographic regions for both Cushman & Wakefield and client representatives.
  • Adapt and standardize EHS processes, plans, and activity calendars to operate across the client account.
  • Design and implement an EHS audit program to monitor compliance with statutory regulations, reduce risks, and improve performance against Cushman & Wakefield's EHS management systems and client expectations.
  • Develop and deploy EHS training and awareness programs for site contacts.
  • Implement safe working practices and procedures, maintaining high safety awareness through employee training.
  • Advise country safety and security staff and senior management on safety and security during emergencies; participate in the Country Crisis Management Team and manage emergencies affecting the country, escalating issues to regional and global safety and security teams as needed.
About You:
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HSW management or a related field.
  • Knowledge of local industry safety regulations and possession of required licenses.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executive-level clients and individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with business-level English proficiency.
  • Experience in a corporate environment and stakeholder management is a plus.
