Job summary

Owens Corning invites candidates to join its Environmental Health & Safety Leadership Program (EHSLP), a 24-month, structured development path designed to prepare graduates for EHS roles across North American manufacturing facilities.

Participants gain mentorship from experienced EHS leaders, engineers and specialists, with hands-on and formal training in systems, policy development, training, regulatory processes and project management.

Qualifications

• Preferred bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety management, Chemical engineering or an equivalent field
• Previous relevant internships/co-ops in a manufacturing setting
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead projects and development project plans
• Demonstrated leadership in professional, service, or social organizations
• Willingness and flexibility to relocate (assistance provided) during or upon completion of the program

Responsibilities

• Upon completion, participants will be placed in a full-time assignment as a EHS Leader or Specialist at a North American Owens Corning manufacturing plant
