Participants receive hands-on training in policy development, training delivery, regulatory processes, project management, and people leadership, with mentorship from experienced EHS leaders, specialists, and engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety management, Chemical engineering, or equivalent.
• Previous internships/co-ops in a manufacturing setting.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead projects and development plans.
• Leadership in professional, service, or social organizations.
• Willingness and flexibility to relocate (assistance provided).

Responsibilities

• Complete a 24-month structured development program at a North American Owens Corning manufacturing plant.
• Receive mentorship from experienced EHS leaders, specialists, and engineers.
• Develop skills in procedure/policy development, training delivery, regulatory processes, project management, and people leadership.
• Upon completion, be placed in a full-time EHS Leader or Specialist role at a North American Owens Corning plant.
