Job summary

Owens Corning’s Environmental, Health & Safety Leadership Program is a 24-month, in-person development track across US manufacturing sites. It aims to prepare early-career professionals for EHS leadership and specialist roles with hands-on projects and mentorship.

Participants gain exposure to leadership development, regulatory compliance, and project management while relocating to different sites as needed to build broad facility experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field.
• Internships or co-ops in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; project leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement EHS management systems.
• Create and deliver EHS training programs.
• Develop and enforce EHS procedures and policies.
• Navigate regulatory requirements and ensure compliance.
• Lead EHS projects from planning to execution.
