Job summary

Sauna360, a Watkins Wellness company, is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Specialist to support two manufacturing sites in Cokato, MN and Milton, PA. You will partner with plant leadership to embed safety into daily decisions, drive proactive culture, and strengthen regulatory compliance.

You will lead audits, incident investigations, and continuous improvement using leading indicators, while designing practical safety programs and training. Travel ~10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience managing or supporting multi-site EHS programs.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Proven experience leading audits and incident investigations.
• Ability to analyze data and drive continuous improvement through leading indicators.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary EHS partner to plant leadership and drive proactive safety culture.
• Lead OSHA and environmental compliance efforts across sites with actionable plans.
• Conduct incident investigations, risk assessments, and audits to identify gaps.
• Develop and implement core safety programs and training strategies.
• Analyze incident history and leading metrics to prioritize improvements.
• Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in manufacturing.
• Travel ~10% to support multi-site responsibilities.
