Job summary

Watkins Wellness is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Business Partner to join Sauna360, supporting two manufacturing sites in Cokato, MN and Milton, PA. You will partner with plant leadership to embed safety into daily decisions, optimize risk reduction, and drive leading indicators of safety performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Safety Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience managing multi-site EHS programs.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven audits, investigations, and corrective actions to root cause.
• Ability to analyze data and drive continuous improvement via leading indicators.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels.
• Willingness to travel ~10%.
• Preferred ASP or CHMM certifications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary EHS partner to plant leadership and coach leaders to embed safety culture.
• Lead OSHA and environmental compliance across sites and translate audits into action.
• Identify real-time risks on the floor and engage teams to mitigate them.
• Analyze incident history and leading metrics to drive improvements.
• Lead incident investigations, risk assessments, and audits to close gaps.
• Develop and implement core safety programs (LOTO, PPE, machine safety, emergency response).
• Collaborate with operations, HR, and engineering to balance strategy and execution.
