Omya is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety Manager to lead EHS initiatives for the South Cluster plant and quarries in Kentucky. This role ensures full regulatory compliance, promotes a safety-focused culture, and partners with operations to empower front-line decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a 4-year degree in Safety Science or Engineering and 5–10 years of related experience, strong communication, and authentic leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Science or Engineering; 5–10 years of related experience.
• Excellent communication and authentic leadership skills.
• Broad knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct planning and assist engineering with EHS-related equipment modifications.
• Develop and manage environmental permit applications for plant and quarries expansions.
• Ensure compliance with EPA/MSHA regulations and required reporting.
