This leader will be responsible for driving safety and environmental performance across operations, ensuring that member well-being is prioritized. A key aspect of the role involves developing a multi-site Safety Risk Management Program and leading compliance with various EHS regulations.

The ideal candidate will bring over 20 years of EHS leadership experience, particularly within high-hazard environments, and demonstrate a proactive approach to safety culture, regulatory compliance, and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of EHS leadership in high-speed industrial operations.
• Proven success in improving recordable rates in high-hazard environments.
• Experience in large, multi-site operations, preferably in food processing.

Responsibilities
