Job summary

You will guide a professional team, ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations, and partner with leadership to embed safety and environmental stewardship into daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/industrial safety or related science.
• OSHA 10-hour and OSHA 30-hour certifications; ASP, CSP, SMS preferred.
• 5–7 years of manufacturing/distribution safety experience.
• Experience with environmental programs including EPCRA, stormwater, air and waste management.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leadership on complex EHS issues to mitigate risk and promote safety culture.
• Coordinate cross‑department processes to implement EHS policies and projects.
• Define terms of EHS initiatives and ensure successful execution aligned with business goals.
• Develop and implement EHS programs, conduct audits, trainings, and inspections.
• Evaluate EHS performance and drive continuous improvement through metrics.
