Job summary

Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc. Lampasas Plant is seeking an EHS Manager to provide technical environmental, health and safety support. You will ensure compliance with corporate EHS programs and policies, and influence safe practices across the plant.

The role includes evaluating safety programs, conducting hazard analyses, maintaining training records, and leading incident investigations. Collaboration with production and HR is essential to drive continuous improvement and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in safety or STEM field.
• Minimum five years in an environmental, health & safety role.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate plant safety programs and update practices.
• Review procedures for safety and health considerations.
• Lead process reviews and hazard analyses with relevant teams.
• Maintain training records and renewal calendars with HR/FSQA.
• Conduct risk assessments and Job Hazard Analyses for jobs and new equipment.
• Develop and maintain LOTO procedures and train employees.
• Support OSHA reporting and related administrative programs.
• Lead incident investigations and post-accident RCA efforts.
• Monitor compliance with federal and state safety regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement through TPM and audits.
