Altenloh, Brinck & Co. US, Inc. is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety programs across our U.S.

manufacturing sites. You will partner with operations leadership to embed safety into daily production, manage regulatory compliance, and drive a proactive safety culture that reduces risk and injuries. The role requires a strong background in manufacturing EHS, at least 5+ years of leadership, and the ability to travel between Pioneer and Bryan locations as

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Environmental, Health, and Safety leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant safety or engineering field is required.
• Professional certifications (ASP, CSP, OHST or CSHM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide safety programs to drive a proactive safety culture.
• Partner with operations to integrate safety into daily activities.
• Promote employee engagement in safety through training and hazard awareness.
• Monitor safety metrics and implement corrective actions to reduce incidents.
