Job summary

Sabre Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced EH&S leader to guide safety, health, and environmental programs across our manufacturing operations in Louisiana. You will oversee regulatory compliance, risk assessments, training, and incident investigations to protect workers and the company.

The role requires 8+ years in EH&S, a CSP preferred, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage programs, and drive continuous improvements in safety performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in safety, industrial hygiene, or environmental engineering.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of occupational safety, industrial hygiene, or environmental experience.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with NFPA, ANSI, OSHA and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local safety regulations and company policies.
• Lead and train safety staff; develop and implement EH&S programs and training.
• Manage workers' compensation, hazardous waste, and environmental permits.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop JSAs for new processes and projects.
• Develop emergency response plans and oversee audits and incident investigations.
