Job summary

Sabre Industries, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Environmental, Health, and Safety Coordinator to support the implementation of safety programs at our Conroe, Texas facility. You will assist with hazard recognition, PPE programs, training, site inspections, incident reviews, and corrective actions.

The role includes hands-on mentorship, opportunities to grow within a company that values integrity, commitment and teamwork, and a path to develop broad EHS expertise across manufacturing settings.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply; training and mentorship provided.
• 1–3 years of experience preferred.
• Relevant coursework or EHS-related certifications welcome.
• Valid driver's license and insurable under company policy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement standard Environmental, Health, and Safety programs.
• Manage PPE, Respiratory Protection, Hazard Communication, JSA programs with training.
• Review incidents and support corrective action plans.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and training sessions.
• Develop JSAs and promote safety awareness.
• Participate in safety meetings and emergency response.
• Conduct risk assessments and support EHS program development.
• Additional duties as assigned.
