Job summary

Novolex is seeking an EHS Lead in Raleigh to drive environmental health and safety programs. The role focuses on policy development, training, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance across NC, with lead responsibilities for the site safety teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental health and safety policies, training, and compliance.
• Ability to lead investigations, OSHA reporting, and regulatory audits.
• Experience coordinating safety training, testing, and EHS metrics.

Responsibilities

• Review, revise, and update environmental and safety policies and training materials.
• Lead OSHA logs, investigations, and compliance reporting for multiple agencies.
• Conduct annual safety trainings and new team member orientations; manage EHS competency tests.
• Track usage of water, air, and waste and ensure regulatory limits are met.
• Lead site safety teams and maintain records per regulations.
