The role leads development, administration, and continuous improvement of EHS programs across manufacturing, assembly, repair, and office activities, with rotation across locations and a 9-80 schedule. The EHS Specialist will drive compliance with federal, state, and local requirements, conduct audits, and analyze trends to reduce injuries and advance environmental

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 6 years of relevant experience, or Graduate Degree with 4+ years of experience. In lieu of a degree, 10 years of related experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversees Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) in Camden, NJ.
• Serves as the EHS subject matter expert to Operations, Engineering, and Program Management.
• Supports incident investigations and data/trend analysis to determine root cause.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and drives continuous improvement of EHS programs.
• Maintains EHS records and supports sustainability initiatives.
