Job summary

L3Harris Technologies seeks a Senior Specialist, Environmental, Health & Safety Engineer to join our Camden, Arkansas facility. The EH&S Engineer will develop, implement, and monitor programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, driving sustainability and reducing risk across the site.

Responsibilities include hazard analysis, risk assessments, incident investigations support, audits, training, and cross‑functional collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate degree with 4+ years of experience preferred.
• Experience in safety in a manufacturing setting, Aerospace preferred, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Work under limited supervision.
• Must be experienced in OSHA 1910 General Industry.
• Perform hazard analysis and risk assessments.
• Assist in accident investigations and corrective actions.
• Conduct routine audits and inspections to identify and eliminate non-compliance issues.
• Manage projects related to energetics and safety; including participation in incident investigation and risk management.
• Conduct training and communication campaigns to raise site-wide awareness.
• Serve as interface with employees, managers, customers, auditors, and regulators.
