Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Specialist to support Camden Site operations in a full‑time role. The position focuses on developing and enforcing EHS programs to meet federal, state, local, and customer requirements while driving continuous improvement and environmental sustainability goals.

The role serves as the EHS expert to Operations, Engineering, and Program Management, with rotation across locations and a 9-80 schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 6+ years of relevant experience or 4+ years with graduate degree, or 10 years without degree.
• Graduate degree plus experience preferred.
• Experience with EHS programs, regulatory compliance, and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees EHS at Camden, NJ operations.
• Acts as SME to Operations, Engineering, and Program Management.
• Drives development and enforcement of EHS programs.
• Supports incident investigations and data trend analysis.
• Maintains regulatory reporting and documentation.
