Pave Talent and our client are seeking an ambitious EHS professional to build a brand-new advanced-materials plant’s environmental programs in Fremont. You will own air permitting, stormwater, wastewater, hazardous materials, and start-up safety reviews as the site scales from startup to full production.

Collaborate with Engineering, Facilities, Operations, Quality, and external consultants, implementing OSHA and EPA programs, training, and ISO standards to ensure compliant, safe operations and

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of EHS experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Environmental permitting end to end: air, stormwater, wastewater, hazardous materials.
• Commissioning and startup support and safety reviews.
• Regulatory reporting and waste management.
• OSHA compliance programs and safety initiatives.
• Incident investigations and corrective action tracking.
• ISO 14001/45001 implementation support.
