Job summary

Marmon Foodservice Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead environmental compliance, permitting, sustainability, and facility health and safety for a new greenfield manufacturing site in Texas.

You will secure permits, ensure laws and corporate standards are met, and build robust programs across design, startup, and operations. You will collaborate with engineering, construction, maintenance, and operations to embed environmental and safety requirements from project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, or related field.
• Experience with environmental permitting and regulatory compliance.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental permitting strategy and obtain required permits for construction and operation.
• Serve as primary contact with regulatory agencies and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement environmental and safety programs for a greenfield facility.
• Partner with operations, engineering, and EHS teams to integrate requirements.
• Establish reporting, audits, and continuous improvement processes.
