Job summary

KSB GIW, Inc. in Grovetown, GA seeks an ESH Assistant Manager to lead and improve Environmental, Safety, and Health programs across four locations, ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

You will engage employees, track leading and lagging indicators, support audits, and drive sustainability initiatives, with a focus on reducing injuries and managing risk. A Bachelor’s degree and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with EMS, EnMS, SMS systems.
• Experience with regulatory compliance, audits, and reporting.
• Preferred CSP or ISO Lead Auditor certifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve integrated ESH management systems (EMS, EnMS, SMS).
• Lead corrective and preventive actions for management-system issues.
• Manage incident investigations and follow-up.
• Lead audits (Lead Auditor for EMS/EnMS/SMS) and support external audits.
• Support permitting, reporting, and sustainability initiatives.
