Job summary

Carlisle Companies is seeking a Senior Site EHS Manager to oversee environmental, health, and safety programs at Plant 4. You will partner with plant leadership to prevent injuries, ensure compliance, and drive continuous safety improvements.

You will coach leadership teams, conduct assessments, manage projects using our EHS platform, and maintain OSHA reporting. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and several years in manufacturing safety, with CSP/CIH preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 5–8 years of experience in health and safety management in manufacturing
• EHS certification CSP or CIH preferred
• Multi-site EHS program management preferred

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Plant 4 leadership and EH&S managers.
• Ensure environmental compliance for Plant 4.
• Lead safety data analysis and problem solving.
• Coach site leadership in behavior-based safety.
• Facilitate safety calls and safety committees.
• Implement site safety plans and EHS standard work.
• Conduct safety assessments and ergonomic reviews.
• Manage environmental, health, safety projects.
• Maintain OSHA reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Lead incident root cause analysis and corrective actions.
