Job summary

Southwire Company, LLC invites students to join its College Programs as interns or co-ops, blending classroom learning with real-world project work and mentorship. You will plan, execute, and present projects in a senior leadership expo, starting in the summer rotation.

Assignments span roughly 10–12 weeks for interns and 16–18 weeks for co-ops, with opportunities to pursue full-time roles after graduation. Paid at $21–$23 per hour, on-site in multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Summer rotation: May 17–Aug 6.

Responsibilities

• Your intern assignment is generally 10–12 weeks, and co-op assignment is generally 16–18 weeks with an assigned project.
• Collaborate on other projects with peers and inspirational leaders.
• Robust onboarding, mentorship, networking events and activities.
• Potential for full-time employment opportunities after graduation.
