AGCO is seeking a highly talented Environmental, Health, and Safety Intern to join our Environmental, Health & Safety team in Beloit, Kansas. You will contribute to the development and implementation of safety programs and participate in audits and training material creation.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in EHS or a related field, with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This is a full-time internship for the summer of 2027 at AGCO.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in EHS, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to commute to Beloit, KS daily.
• Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organization and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Support the development and implementation of safety programs and procedures to promote a strong safety culture across the facility.
• Assist with ergonomic assessments and improvement initiatives to create a safer and more efficient work environment.
• Participate in safety and environmental audits to ensure regulatory and company compliance.
• Review, update, and develop employee training materials to strengthen safety awareness and knowledge.
• Conduct risk assessments, job hazard analyses, and workplace evaluations to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to commute to the Beloit, Kansas work location daily.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Interest in environmental health and safety practices, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Previous internship, co-op, campus leadership, or relevant part-time work experience is preferred.
