Job summary

Southwire Company, LLC, a leader in wire and cable, offers internships and co-op programs designed to bridge classroom learning with real-world work. Location: BWP. Shift: May 17th - Aug 6th.

The program provides real-world applications of academic studies, feedback and coaching. Internships run 10–12 weeks and co-ops 16–18 weeks, with a summer rotation start. Students work on assigned projects, develop timelines and progress updates, and present in a senior leadership expo, with consideration

Qualifications

• Interns and co-ops receive real-world applications of their academic studies, helpful feedback and coaching.
• They will develop a timeline, progress updates, and final delivery in a senior leadership expo.
• All new interns and co-ops must begin in the summer rotation.

Responsibilities

• Intern assignment is generally 10-12 weeks; co-op is generally 16-18 weeks with a project.
• Collaborate on other projects and work with peers and leaders, many of whom started as interns.
• Receive immersive onboarding and mentoring, networking opportunities and events.
• Opportunity to impact the organization while part of a world-class program community.
