Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in EHS-related field (occupational health and safety, environmental science, industrial hygiene, chemistry, biology, biochemistry).
• Strong attention to detail is critical for this position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hazard and risk assessments on materials, equipment, and work processes.
• Contribute to programs and initiatives which support Zoetis’ safety, environmental compliance, and sustainability goals.
• Support EHS programs within VMRD, as needed, including chemical safety, biological safety, radiological safety, construction safety, and environmental compliance (air, water, waste).
