Job summary

Trane Technologies is offering a 12-week summer internship designed for students pursuing a BS/BA in safety, health, or engineering disciplines. interns will engage in safety, lean, and environmental projects and gain exposure to senior leaders and manufacturing operations.

Participants must be U.S. citizens or have the right to work in the U.S. and be willing to travel to multiple North American locations. The program is on-site for five days a week with an hourly compensation structure.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS/BA with GPA ≥3.0 and junior/senior status.
• Willing to travel to Trane Technologies locations across North America.
• Strong computer skills in Excel, MS Office, Outlook-Teams, OneNote and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Support a 12-week summer internship with leadership training and exposure to senior leaders.
• Engage in Safety Management Systems, Lean Principles, and Environmental topics.
• Gain hands-on experience with manufacturing processes and process improvement.
