Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking an EHS Integration Lead to embed safety across engineering, product development, and manufacturing. The role builds cross-functional relationships and translates enterprise EHS strategy into engineering execution, aligning safety with development milestones.

You will partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Operations to embed Prevention through Design, manage risk through enterprise hazard taxonomy, and own scalable integration

Qualifications

• Strong facilitation, technical writing and relationship-building skills.
• Experience integrating hazard analysis or risk assessment with engineering decisions.
• Experience embedding a staff function into engineering or product development organizations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary EHS integration interface to Engineering, Manufacturing, Product, Program Management, Quality, Facilities and Operations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to embed EHS into workflows and design gates.
• Drive Prevention through Design principles across product, manufacturing, equipment and facility development.
• Develop enterprise risk register structure and hazard taxonomy for consistent data.
• Define scalable integration mechanisms to reduce dependence on individual relationships.
