Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in environmental health and safety or related field.
• Experience or coursework in manufacturing safety and compliance.
• Familiarity with OSHA/EPA guidelines and training systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with environmental, health, and safety programs across the Ravenna facility.
• Conduct workplace inspections and safety observations.
• Support OSHA and environmental compliance activities.
• Coordinate employee, contractor, and visitor safety training.
• Maintain training records and LMS activities.
• Participate in incident, injury, and near-miss investigations.
• Track corrective and preventive actions.
• Support waste management, recycling, and environmental reporting.
• Assist with emergency preparedness programs and drills.
• Maintain EHS records and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and warehouse to promote safety.
