Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a seasoned wastewater engineering professional to oversee site compliance and environmental programs. You will supervise engineers, coordinate sample operations, and ensure effluent quality and regulatory reporting.

The role focuses on applying chemical and environmental engineering principles to wastewater processes, maintaining permits, and contributing to ISO 14001 activities. Weekend or off-shift work may be required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge: Microsoft Office (or similar) computer programs.
• Skill in: Excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to: Communicate with audiences that have a broad range of background and understanding. To work closely with facility management, operations, and engineering personnel. Making well-informed decisions in both routine and emergency situations. Excellent judgment is necessary in this high paced, rapidly changing industry.
• Bachelor's degree in chemical or environmental engineering or physical sciences required.
• 5+ years of experience in waste water treatment-engineering capacity.
• Experience in negotiation with governmental agencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee wastewater treatment compliance and environmental regulations.
• Supervise engineers on projects and provide technical guidance.
• Coordinate sampling operations and ensure effluent compliance.
• Administer permits for air quality, hazardous waste, industrial discharge, and storm water.
• Prepare reports and KPIs for corporate review.
• Support ISO 14001 certification efforts.
