Job summary

Wolfspeed is seeking a dedicated Corporate Health and Safety Professional to protect the pack by maintaining a safe, compliant workplace. You will develop and monitor health and safety policies and programs to foster a culture of EHS excellence across the organization.

The role involves leading safety initiatives, providing IH technical support, and collaborating with multiple departments to implement safety projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene or related field.
• CIH and/or CSP preferred but not required.
• Minimum 5 years in industrial hygiene or safety, preferably semiconductor.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor safety and industrial hygiene programs to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Provide safety and IH technical support to EHS teams to solve complex problems.
• Collaborate with departments to manage projects related to safety and IH.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on the company.
• Lead the EHS training strategy and ensure effective delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Recommend corrective actions where hazards exist.
