Advanced Energy is seeking an EHS Engineer to lead the Environment, Health & Safety programs at our Cavite manufacturing site, ensuring safety, environmental protection and operational excellence.

The role drives ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance, manages risks, strengthens emergency preparedness, and partners with leadership to build a resilient, safe, high-performing workplace. You will foster continuous improvement and employee engagement across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics) or related field.
• 2–5 years of EHS experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing.
• Solid knowledge of occupational health and safety principles, risk assessment, and hazard control.
• Strong familiarity with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and hazardous chemical/waste management.
• Proven leadership skills to influence and drive accountability across teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in planning, implementing, and improving EHS programs, ensuring alignment with site goals.
• Drive and sustain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance via audits, documentation, corrective actions, and continuous improvements.
• Promote proactive safety culture by engaging employees and embedding EHS into daily operations and decisions.
• Lead risk management activities including hazard identification, risk assessment, and control measures.
• Partner with site leadership and cross-functional teams as an EHS expert to support informed decisions.
• Oversee contractor management and permit-to-work systems to meet safety standards.
• Manage incident and near-miss reporting with investigations and corrective actions.
• Support business continuity plans and emergency response readiness.
