Job summary

You will own plant EHS programs, lead training, investigate incidents, and provide technical guidance on equipment, processes, and change management. A bachelor's degree and 5 years of EHS experience are required, with advanced certifications a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Five (5) years of experience with local, state and federal regulations (e.g., Fire, OSHA, EPA).
• Five (5) years of experience with EHS programs and procedures in various sectors.

Responsibilities

• Actively supporting EHS Cultural Excellence through safety, health, and environment.
• Owning plant EHS programs & training (Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, Fall Protection, etc.).
• Interpreting and maintaining regulatory compliance for permits and programs.
• Investigating workplace incidents and conducting root cause analyses.
