As an EHS Intern, you’ll work across MOC, ergonomics, powered industrial vehicles, process safety, fall protection, LOTO, machine guarding and emergency response coordination, helping develop the annual EHS plan and drive improvements.

An internship is a temporary position within Solventum. Interns typically work a full-time schedule throughout a 10-12 week assignment. This position is limited to working 899 hours per service credit year.

As an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Intern, you will support the coordination and execution of EHS compliance initiatives. This role involves active participation across several areas of EHS, including industrial hygiene, ergonomics, safety and injury prevention, incident investigation, employee engagement, and emergency preparedness. You will play a key role in developing and implementing the annual EHS plan, as well as driving continuous improvement efforts aimed at enhancing EHS practices and processes to promote a safer workplace. Success in this position requires a proactive, self-motivated individual with strong teamwork capabilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
