Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Environmental Sciences, Health and Safety, or Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Safety Professional Certification (CHMM, ASP, or CSP) preferred.
• 2–4 years of related EH&S experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with regulatory agencies (OSHA, Fire Safety, Air Resources Board, etc.).
• Hazardous waste handling and regulatory compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform internal EH&S audits and risk assessments.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical regulatory support to internal and external customers.
• Train employees on EH&S programs and safety procedures.
• Support emergency response and business continuity planning.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
